  • Change of Mind: Once a parcel has been opened, cancellations due to a change of mind are generally not applicable.
  • Used, Worn, or Altered Items: Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for cancellation or return.
  • Sale/Promotional Items: Products purchased during sales or promotions may have specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
