Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@boomwears.pk or through a call with proof of the defect (e.g., photos).
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Important Notes:
- Change of mind is not applicable for any item once the parcel has been opened.
- We Accept Returns for both defective and non-defective products. If the size or color is not matched by the details order by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@boomwears.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please Note:
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Return window: If customer wants to return the product they must initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving their product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Method & Fees
- Return Method: Returns are processed by mail (courier).
- Return Label: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. However, if the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a defective or damaged item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that are not defective or damaged.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered by the customer.
- Sale items or promotional items.
- Change of mind after receiving the item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@boomwears.pk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
